Laura is an award-winning STEM educator with experience in informal science institutions, K-12 math and science classrooms, and online learning. With her undergraduate degree from Duke University and Master of Arts in Teaching from UNC Chapel Hill, she uniquely appreciates and agonizes over one of the greatest sports rivalries of all time. She aims to promote mathematical and scientific literacy and to inspire learners of all ages. Laura enjoys hiking, quilting, reading, movies, and music.
