The AP Spanish Language and Culture course follows the AP curricular requirements and prepares students to take the AP Spanish language and culture exam. This course utilizes Spanish almost exclusively as students engage with authentic audio, visual, and written texts. This course utilizes an interdisciplinary project-based learning approach that culminates in a student presentation and defense of original research. Themes covered include Families and Communities, Personal and Public Identities, Beauty and Aesthetics, Science and Technology, Contemporary Life, and Global Challenges. This course is aligned with the College Board’s Course Description. Note: This is a year-long offering.
